Announcing the winners of the 2024 Carraresi Foundation Early Career Clinician Investigator Award

We are pleased to announce the winners of the 2024 Carraresi Foundation Early Career Clinician Investigator Award. As in previous years, we received many excellent, competitive applications that validated the high quality of candidates we are fortunate to host and consider for this highly regarded award.

The winners of this year’s Carraresi Foundation Early Career Clinician Investigator Award are:

Dr. Elizabeth Clement for her proposal, Graphic Narratives to Transcend Health Literacy Challenges in Colorectal Surgery.

Dr. Mark Elliott for his proposal, Genetic testing for families with unexplained kidney disease.

Dr. Terri Sun for her proposal, Bilateral paravertebral blockade for improvement of quality recovery following cardiac surgery: a randomized control trial.
