PHC Mission Awards

The annual PHC Research and Mission Award recognizes a scientist in our organization who demonstrates the mission and values of Providence Health Care while conducting outstanding research. 

This award includes a plaque, a documentary video highlighting their work, and a $2,000.00 cash award fund to be used towards a mission-driven project of their choice within PHC.

Nomin​​​​​ations

Nominations should include examples that demonstrate how the nominee lives our Providence Health Care vision and values.

  • There is no limit to the number of nominations any one person may submit.
  • Nominations must all be typewritten and submitted to Grace Jenkins, Communications Coordinator, Providence Research, at gjenkins1@providencehealth.bc.ca
